This website is intended to disseminate the mission, projects, activities and values of Fundación LONGENIA, as well as to facilitate contact with the entity and citizen participation in its initiatives.

The contents of this website - texts, images, logos, graphic design and code - are owned by Fundación Canaria ALCASIV or their legitimate owners, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.

Fundación LONGENIA is not responsible for the content of third-party websites to which this site may link. External links are provided for information purposes and do not imply endorsement by the Foundation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this website, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

2. DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

a) Enquiries and contact (contact form): name, email address and the content of your message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Retention period: until the enquiry has been resolved and, subsequently, for the legally required period.

b) Donations (when the payment gateway is active): name, email, amount and payment data. Purpose: to manage the donation, issue the tax certificate and comply with accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contractual relationship and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

c) Newsletter (if implemented): name and email. Purpose: to send informational communications about the Foundation. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each communication.

3. RECIPIENTS

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. In the case of payment management, the necessary data are shared with the payment gateway provider (RedSys, Bizum), which acts as processor under contract.

4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to object to its processing and to request restriction of processing by contacting info@longenia.org and providing a copy of your identification document. If you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area unless strictly necessary and with appropriate safeguards.
